| The Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary Club continued its strong tradition of supporting local youth at a recent awards ceremony held at Blue Hills Regional Technical School. The Club was honored to recognize several outstanding students for their dedication, achievement, and bright futures through scholarships and leadership awards. Rotary President Kevin Hallinan and RYLA Chair Kim Poliseno had the pleasure of presenting the awards, highlighting the importance of community partnerships in fostering the growth and development of these talented young individuals. This year's recipients include: Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA): These awards recognize students who have demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to making a difference. • Grace Texeira (Early Education and Care) • Meaghan Walsh (HVAC/R) Scholarships: These scholarships provide financial assistance to help students pursue their educational goals. • Natalie Finch (Health Assisting) • Eric MacLean (Drafting/CAD) Michael Baldino Memorial Career Assistance Awards: These awards, established in memory of a valued member of the community, support students as they embark on their career paths. • Jonathan Donovan (HVAC/R) • Vanessa Lemasa (HVAC/R) • Jackie Ou (Computer Tech) • Christopher Scaccia (Electrical) The event was made even more special thanks to the Blue Hills Regional community. The Culinary Arts team prepared a delicious breakfast for attendees, and the Graphic Communications students and staff designed and printed the beautiful certificates and programs. The Neponset Valley Sunrise Rotary Club is incredibly proud to partner with Blue Hills Regional Technical School in supporting these exceptional students.
